Highland Realty and Development brokers sale of $2.9 million facility ~ CoStar News

 

Jiangsu Royal, a home furnishing merchant wholesaler, purchased the South Point industrial building at 13751 South Point Blvd. in Charlotte, NC from Creative Marketing Solutions for $2.88 million, or about $39 per square foot.

The 73,848-square-foot building was constructed in 1977 in the South Point Business Park. Creative Marketing Solutions recently joined Classic Graphics and Imagine! Point Solutions at Classic’s headquarters in Innovation Park at the former IBM Campus. Jiangsu plans to renovate the building. They are expected to move into the building late in the first quarter of 2014.

Lynette Glenn of Highland Realty & Development handled the deal for the seller, while Steve Lowe and Frank Larsen of CBRE represented Jiangsu Royal.
